Followseller Distance Sales Contract (Online Services)
1. PartiesSeller (Service Provider): Followseller Email: support@followseller.com
Buyer (Consumer/Customer): The real or legal person who places an order on the website by approving this contract.
2. Definitions- Website: The platform where services are offered and orders are placed (www.followseller.com).
- Services: Online social media growth packages (e.g., followers, likes, views) as described on product pages.
- Digital Content / Performance: Non-physical, instantly delivered online services.
This contract regulates the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the sale and delivery of the Services ordered by the Buyer electronically from Followseller, pursuant to consumer protection legislation applicable to distance contracts.
4. Order Process, Price, and Payment- Current service descriptions, package quantities, prices and taxes are displayed on the product page before purchase.
- Payment is collected via secure providers. By confirming the order, the Buyer accepts the total amount displayed at checkout.
- Invoices/receipts are issued electronically to the email provided by the Buyer.
- Service performance normally starts within minutes after payment confirmation and may proceed in phases to ensure natural delivery.
- The Buyer must provide correct and accessible links/usernames and keep accounts/posts public until delivery completes.
- Service levels and timelines are as stated on the relevant product page; reasonable variations may occur due to platform conditions.
- Provide accurate URLs/usernames and not change them during delivery.
- Keep the account/post public, not delete/modify it until completion.
- Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and the platform’s terms.
Digital Services Notice: By placing the order and ticking the consent box, the Buyer requests immediate performance and acknowledges that, once performance begins, the statutory right of withdrawal for digital services may be unavailable or limited under applicable law.
- If performance has not started, the Buyer may request cancellation and a refund.
- If performance has started according to the Buyer’s request/approval, withdrawal may not be possible (or may be limited to undelivered portion, if applicable).
- Orders can be cancelled before performance starts. After start, cancellation is not possible except as required by law.
- If the service is not delivered within the promised timeframe, the Buyer may request a refund or re-performance.
- Where advertised, refill/guarantee policies on the product page apply to counter rare drops or delivery issues.
Personal data is processed as explained in the Privacy Policy. Followseller never asks for social media passwords and uses SSL for secure transactions.
10. Intellectual PropertyAll trademarks, content, and materials on the Website belong to their respective owners and may not be used without permission.
11. Force MajeureEvents beyond reasonable control (e.g., platform outages, systemic restrictions, network failures) may delay performance; obligations are suspended during such periods.
12. Complaints & SupportFor order issues, contact: support@followseller.com. The Seller will review and respond within a reasonable time.
13. Governing Law & Dispute ResolutionThis contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye (or adjust to your jurisdiction). Consumer disputes may be brought before Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer’s domicile or the Seller’s domicile, as applicable by law.
14. Final Provisions- This contract is formed electronically upon the Buyer’s confirmation at checkout; no wet signature is required.
- Invalidity of any clause will not affect the remaining provisions.
- Current terms are shown on the Website; placing an order constitutes acceptance.
